~NEW Photos~ My BANDAGES ARE GONE~

~MY BANDAGES ARE GONE.....YIPPY SKIPPY!!!~

OH I AM SOOOO EXCITED...ALL of my Post Op Bandages have fallen off. YIPPY SKIPPY!!!
THEY ARE GONE and I am AMAZED at how well the scar looks. If you want to see my PHOTO JOURNAL just click here BUT PLEASE BE WARNED...THESE ARE ACTUAL PHOTOS of my Breast Reconstruction

TOMORROW I GO IN for my FIRST fill...LOL...sounds like car maintenance. Normally they would fill each one with 60cc of saline solution but I am doing so well they are going to add 120cc in EACH BREAST....I AM SO EXCITED to see what happens to all this skin and see how things look after tomorrow.
Of course, I will take pictures of that too.
HAPPY SUNDAY!!! Make it worth your while....Love to you, Amy

Amy,
From what I have read on the Young Survivors site, the fills can be painful, so try not to overdo it.
You are stretching out your muscles.

From the photos I have seen on the site, the women who did the skin sparing mast., like you did, have the best results.

Your positive attitude is admirable and will take you far!

Bless You,

Hi Elanie,
Just a quick note to let you know I DID NOT have the skin sparing mastectomy. They won't even do those here in my town so I am TOTALLY impressed with the way it looks so far. ISN'T IS AMAZING because one would think I did have the skin sparing done....WHAT A GREAT Plastic Surgeon Doctor I have!!!
The links you have sent me are great and I thank you soooo much for sending them my way.
Bless you and THANK YOU TONS!!!

Hi Amy! Your breast are looking good.. even better than mine, I mean the breast I had my lump removed from. This is great that you are healing so nicely. I'm sure in time your breast will even look better...My scar is a deeper, thicker and uglier then your scar... LOL... Gee nothing like comparing breast and scars...Keep up the good work! ~Mary~

Amy, I have been saying prayers for you and am so glad this much of your ordeal is over. I hope you have the easiest time possible with the chemo. A good friend of mine has had good luck with feeling good during the whole procedure. I so admire your spunky attitude. That is better than any medicine!!! Love, love! Gayla
