Well, It's 7:30am here in Iowa....I have been up for a while and only started to cry when my Baby Brother Jeff called me from his business trip in Chicago to wish me luck and let me know he will be praying for me and he will see my on Monday.
I actually woke up not afraid this morning because JILL spent the night with me last night. First time since High School that we had a "sleep over".....we had so much fun and didn't go to bed until midnight. THANK YOU JILL for being there for me!!!
I wanted to THANK EVERYONE for your prayers, your thoughts and your wonderful emails of encouragement. WHAT A GODSEND ALL OF YOU HAVE BEEN!!! I will go in to chemo today thinking of each and everyone of you holding my other hand and talking and praying with me....
I AM HUMBLED and EACH OF YOU have TOUCHED MY LIFE and MY HEART in ways you will ever know.....ALL MY LOVE, Amy

I hope it went okay, Amy. I was up at 4:45 with my cup of coffe (and Southern Pecan creamer), watching the sunrise and talking to God about the sweetest little woman in the state above me who had a big day today. He will see you through this.
Good morning, Amy - it was so great to see you last night! If I didn't know you personally, I would never even guess that you have been going through this cancer journey. You are still our same upbeat, smiling Amy! I know that there is this one last hurdle to cross on your way to living a very long, healthy life, and I know you will handle it with strength and determination, just like any other challenges life has thrown at you. You are my role model and hero as well as my friend. With God's help and all of the people that love you, I know you will come through this with flying colors. By next Spring this will all be a distant memory. I'm with you in spirit, dear friend - let me know if I can help in any way!!! ~~~ Love, Missy
Amy, Yes "May God smile on you today".. You are in my thoughts and prayers this day. I will be holding you in my heart.

YOU are most definitely in my prayers until you are all done with this bs..and then some:)I can't get over how nice your breast look! :) wink wink***@:) make a haircut appt tomorrow, get it cut short, it will make losing it feel less traumatic. follow the rns advice & Drink lots and lots of water, my mom liked the flavored kinds. find one that suits your changing tastes, because your tastebuds will change some, and do not be afraid, you've got lots of people pulling for you, and YOU will conquer this crap! xo to you!
Praying for you today!
Your friend,

I am praying for you right now ~ I am praying that "the peace that passes all understanding" will be with you through all of this ~ You are a doll and the Lord will work through you in amazing ways because of what you are going through right now ~
Lots of hugs and prayers !
Amy, By the time you get this it will be over for today. I have said it and I'll say it again , if I or countless others could be there to hold your hand we would. I hope your o'k and do hope that if anything for anxiety was suggested before treatments you go for it. I know it would help. To be afraid is normal but to take the edge off some is ok too! And we all will love you hair or not! Cause what we love of our Amy is deep within her soul! Love and care, Lori
Hi Amy, by now I'm sure you are home and hopefully resting well. I was thinking of you today and hoping you were doing OK. I agree with everyone else, you will beat this BS!! Hope the rest of your week goes well and I'll email you when I get my "fun stuff". I got Betty's pincushions today and wow are they fantastic. I just love them. I may get a cake plate to put them on and copy your idea. I agree about the hair too. Cutting it short will make it not so dramatic when it starts falling out. Sending love your way from me and also Anna and Bailey. Bailey went to the vet today for his yearly shots and cried. My poor baby!!!
Hi Amy! Sending you lots of prayers & hugs! You are an amazing lady!! Susan
