~You can click on any picture to enlarge for better details....
IF YOU DARE....LOL~

~ I AM SICK....LOL....
What is wrong with me you ask????
I think I am a LINEN HOARDER!!!!~

LOOK AT ALL THOSE LINENS.....ALL VINTAGE, ANTIQUE AND OLD!!!!
And I DON'T EVEN SEW, I don't even know how....I just love old linens.
Since I truly do not think I am really ever going to learn to sew, well not anytime soon that is....
I promised myself for 2011...
I am selling it all!!!! All the linens that is.....
Stay tuned because it will probably take me HALF if not ALL YEAR LONG to get them on the website.
Just thought I would let you see what a LINEN HOARDER looks like....
They say admitting it is the first step...oh, and all those bins are full of linens too....LOL, I am sick, the love for linens sick that is.
Hugs and Love, Amy

Linen hoarder, your so funny. Every thing looks neatly folded and stacked. No telling what it would look like if it were at my house!

Well, I guess we all know where the "good stuff" is now! :) I love the vintage linens too, but have mostly just been collecting tablecloths and wool blankets so far.

I am going to show this to my hubby! I have just one bin and a dresser of tablecloths. I wish I lived closer. I would come help you sort it out to sell. One for you and one for me. LOL

Aww...but you have it nice and neat! My craftroom is a mess. I even blogged about it once, thought that might get me to clean it up..nope still a mess.
I am sure you will have no trouble selling your stash, but don't feel guilty if you don't.

You are so right to use the word calming to describe mosaics, it is calming. Probably because you can walk away and come back, unless you are up to your eyeballs in grout LOL!

What an awesome collection of linens! I would keep it all! :)

I love linens too, but my stash is no where near yours. Sometimes I think someone should start a 12 step program for "collectors." And yes, I do believe admitting you have a problem is the first step. LOL! My name is Susan and I'm a collector.

Hugs,
Susan

a real linen hoarder would have them in a bag, outside in the elements, under a tarp.....destroyed!!!
you have them displayed nicely, organized and beautiful!!!!! they are gorgeous!!! funny thing amy, since i bought my sewing machine a couple of years ago, i've decreased my linen stash!!! de~stashing is fun. you will get thru the pile and you won't even miss them! i color copy my favorite lines so i will have a picture to use of it for a collage. crazy, eh?
your linen room looks great!!! you have a website business, so you have to have inventory. that is the way i see it. those linens will go FAST!!!!! i say keep some that you love though.
have fun!

Neatly piled and color coordinated. I wouldn't classify you as a "hoarder"..heehee. I was watching the hoarders on tv last night and whoaaa..those are some SCARY people. Yogurt that expired 2 years ago and she says it's OKAY to eat? eeek!

Love this! Reminds me of a pal who looked in my cupboard and told me I had an illness, that I was sick and needed help. What a great touchy-feely time it would be stuck in that room. Enjoy!
