~MY HOME TOWN~ FLOOD of 2008~

HWY 13, JUST ONE MILE FROM OUR HOME

With the flooding, today was the first day I was able to have Internet access. Please understand that I will get your orders to you as soon as humanly possible. We continue to have power, phone, and Internet outages. Also, our postal service is completely underwater and so we are not sending or receiving any mail or packages.
www.FourSistersInACottage.com has TONS of more pictures of the flood
GOD BLESS AMERICA and MY HOME TOWN CEDAR RAPIDS, WE WILL REBUILD!!!
SMALL STATUE OF LIBERTY GIVEN TO US BY PARIS FRANCE as their city is set up like our with MAYS ISLAND in the MIDDLE OF TOWN and the BRIDGES over the RIVER!!!

The flood this time didn't just break records; it SHATTERED them.

All my Love, PLEASE PRAY FOR US, Amy

Amy: Please don't worry about orders. That's really not important in the scheme of things. Stay safe!

Amy, seeing these pictures sends chills down my arms! I pray that you and your family are safe and for those who have been displaced. What a HORRIFIC thing to have to experience. I pray for Bob, his safety and also for those working hard to help the injured and stricken.

God Bless You,

Becky and family

Hi Amy, I'm so glad you are safe and dry. I have been keeping up with everything on the news. You even made the front page of the Rocky Mountain News. Don't worry about anything but taking care of your loved ones. Lots of hugs and prayers.

Amy even here in Australia they are showing the devestation of your floods. This morning they told us the floodwaters are starting to subside in Cedar Rapids so I hope that is true.
Take care

Amy,this so reminds of New Orleans. I pray for all of you there. I'm trying to get to your paypal, but can't seem to get to it or find it for that matter. Will try again. I haven't forgotten it. I got an infection from an extracted tooth, so I've been down. Al will take care of it for me. God Bless all of you Sweet Amy. Love and Hugs, Pat
