~This post is about Amy... from Mary~

Dear blogger friends.. This is Mary from IsabellasCloset. I just got off the phone with Amy. She called to let me know how she's doing.. I had the feeling she was not doing well. Oh my gosh she sounded just awful! She could hardly talk. Her tongue is sore, red, and swollen. She says she's in so much pain right now. Her fingers are also very painful, she can not even type. She asked me to please post this message. She said give her a week or so and she'll be able to get back to posting on her blog again. She was thinking she would be feeling better by now since her chemo is over.. but it's not been the case. This is the worst Amy has sounded to me so far. My heart goes out to her. So please keep Amy in your thoughts and prayers. She's such a mess right now! What this sweet Gal has been through...God bless you all for caring about Amy as much as you do. Hugs & love to you from ~Mary~ IsabellasCloset (Amy's friend).

Amy,
It's Amy Wagner here. I have read you from the shadows for a long while. I went through 7 years of chemo therapy for my Mom for her breast cancer. All the sickness and pain sounds so familiar to me. It is painful for me to read your stuff but I am so drawn to you. I know you are the one to beat this. You are a survivor!!!!!

Eternal Heavenly Father, we pause to lift Amy up in prayer to you at this very difficult time in her life. Pour out your tender mercies upon her; giver her relief from her pain and courage to continue in this battle. Touch her with your mighty hand and power and give her complete and total healing both from the cancer and from the toxic effects of chemo. Restore to her the joy of being your child and the peace of knowing always that you are in control. Help her to see the end of this dark tunnel and the brightness of the days ahead of her. In Jesus' mighty and precious name, Amen.

Thank YOU, Mary, for keeping us updated on Amy! My heart goes out to her, and just knowing this is the last time she has to have chemo doesn't help when I know she feels so badly. Stay strong, Amy - it will get better and it is soooo over! I think of you often and can't wait til you are well enough to cavort with Karen and I again. Take care. Love ya! ~~~ Missy

Dear sweet sweet Amy,
My heart and prayers go out to you more then ever, as do everyone else's. May our God of all comfort cradle you in his loving kindness right now. You are his precious child and he loves you so much. It pains him to see his children suffer. So please don't forget how much HE loves you, and always will. You are a sincere woman, and he realizes that and cherishes you for it and is and always will be there for you Amy! As for me, I can only imagine your emotional and physical pain at this time. I love and care for you. Miss you too! You are one of the most energetic, easy going, fun, positive people I have ever met! (well, over the phone and through your web site te-he) What a pleasure to meet you and know you! You are one tough cookie! Thank you Amy for being an encouragement to all of us and still caring for others all the way through this!
Hugs! annie
