~I'm Here~

Just a quick update to let you know I am still here.....I am sleeping like crazy and my mouth is still giving me so much pain that I am on a constant dose of Tylenol with codeine. I pretty much sleep and do as little as possible to get by for the day. This chemo really threw me for a loop. With each day I get a bit stronger but I am not as good as I want to be. THE BEST THING IS: My MIND IS SHARP and wants to get all this stuff done but my body is saying NO WAY!!! So, such is life and I will just take one day at a time, even tho I am very frustrated that I am not getting better faster. Just my personality!!!

Thank you sooooo much for all your prayers and continued support. I am sure I will feel better in no time. PS...The picture above is from last year Christmas....my Shabby Vintage Trinket Jars with GLITTER!!!

Hugs and Love, Amy

Hi Amy!
What a pretty picture.....
You'll be feeling up to creating in no time....
I can only imagine how frustrating it is to have all these ideas and want to carry them out, but just not have the energy.
(((((hugs to you, my friend)))))

Hello, AMY!!! So glad you are starting to feel some better! Soon you will be busy busy busy again with 4 girls, so rest while you can! I'm so glad your mind is sharp, mine is just about gone! Smothered in a sea of lace & bridal satin. I feel like I'm drowning in "to do's".

Big Hugs & Prayers,

It is so nice to see my Iowa friend on here again. I check each morning and when you aren't on I start to worry. Get as much rest as you can as it is natures way of healing. Have a good day.

Amy, I'm glad to hear that you're feeling a little better. If your body tells you to sleep, then you should sleep. I'm sure you will be up and creating when your strength allows it. I just know you're going to make the rest of us look like slackers..LOL
Always keeping you in my thoughts.
Hugs & Good Health,
MaryB

Hi Amy,
Hang in there. Been checking daily to see how you are doing. Did you get my box of goodies yet? I hope so and I hope once you are feeling up to it you can dive in the box and have fun.

Amy,
I'm so glad you are feeling enough better to make a post. Give yourself some time. I know you must be anxious to be up and about, but if your body says rest, then rest you must. Easier said thatn done.. I pray for you eveyday, and hoping for the speediest of recoveries.
JOY!
p.s.
I love you music!

Hooray! How exciting to hear from you at long last! We love you kiddo! My heart leaped with joy to see you finally could type and give us an update! I am sorry your mouth still hurts, and your energy physically doesn't meet your mental energy! (Honestly, to a different degree of course, I feel that way a lot myself, he he!) Anyway, I love the picture on your blog, I own many of those jars, and they are still just that way displayed all over my home! OOOOOH the compliments I get! What joy you bring others in so many ways! Keep that positive energy girl, we are proud of you! Love ya! annie

My prayers and tears are with you this morning. I cry because I feel how frustrated you are. I know, however, that you are "on the mend". What a fighter you are!
